- WBWhitney BellJun 30, 20262.0I've been using this post office for my PO box for at least two weeks and have generally had okay experiences — until a recent visit left me confused and concerned. I arrived a little before opening and waited in my car in the lot, parked between the post office and the trailer next door — same spot I've used probably five or six times before with no issue. When an employee arrived, he got out of his car and stared at me through my windshield with a hostile expression the entire walk into the building, repeatedly looking back over his shoulder at me. Once inside, I mentioned that I had mail in my box belonging to someone else. Instead of just taking it, he asked if I was sure I didn't want to keep it — which felt like an odd and unnecessary thing to ask. When I asked directly if there was an issue with where I'd parked, he gave a vague, non-answer about a trailer resident's parking needs, even though there's no signage indicating restricted parking and the spot doesn't block any entrance. The whole interaction felt unwelcoming and concerning. I'll continue using this location since it's my only option, but I'd hope staff could extend basic courtesy and clear communication to all customers, regardless of first impressions.

- DCDana CoburnOct 30, 20151.0mail not delivered , unable to move mailbox position even though box locations are scattered, some people have to drive miles out of their way,mail is misdelivered or not at all. trying to talk to post master left me more annoyed, I was given bad information and told a supervisor had to make the dision to move my box but was not given that persons name or contact information,it has been more than a year and still no answer.
