- KBKerry BennettAug 17, 20262.0Why does the mail delivery person stuff the mail so tightly into the cluster box we can't open the box or get the stuff out? It is so annoying. I have 2 breakable items stuck in a box at the end of my street because the mail carrier cannot figure out the box they open on their side is smaller than our side. Seriously. And good luck getting anyone to answer the phone.

So I knocked on the door because I needed an urgent package that had not been delivered to me due to a request for a signature. They did not have the humanity, kindness or courtesy to help me. They mockingly told me to come back two days later and continued talking and laughing.
- NRNoah ReavesFeb 5, 20211.0They used to been at a 5 star rating for me because they got my stuff sent on time, but it seems that the people currently working there are extremely lazy, I order some almonds and nuts that were expecting to come in 2 days, they show there at the local post office and said to be out for delivery, but they don't put in there cars or mailtrucks and just deliver half of what I order. I dont want the USPS to go under, but I hope for this one to all the way, would have faster deliveries if there was a local ups in Boardman instead of driving 20-30 out to Hermiston.
