Very rude customer service! I came to get a mail key, on my lunch because I work 9am to 6pm every day, the hours to get a key is 3pm to 5pm and the guy working there said “he didn’t want to do it” because it was 2pm. Mind you, he was just standing there talking to another employee. The Hispanic lady working front counter was short and rude also.

When you get your mail here there is nowhere to park on a busy day and it's mostly busy 6 days a week the parking lot is way too small and your left driving around and around circles waiting for somebody to move out of a parking spot. It's best to go early morning to get a spot. Hopefully they build a bigger mail facility to handle the Mass fluctuation of people that have moved to the area.

Shannon S the supervisor, was really unprofessional and I was in tears after I got off the phone with her.
EDIT: Tessi and Jenny L were amazing and turned everything around. I’m so grateful for how empathetic and professional they were. I’m so impressed with them both! They are rh reason I’m updating my rating.
I have submitted three separate online tickets because I have not been receiving important mail. Carla and Victoria responded but then closed the ticket within 12 to 24 hours. they stopped responding to my follow-up questions and emails completely.
I finally went to the post office in person and they said they needed a few days because there was “a lot to unpack.” If there is so much to investigate, why were my previous three tickets closed immediately?
Shannon S the manager called me and I was frustrated by the end of the call and my voice started raising slightly (not yelling). Shannon started talking louder than me and was talking over me.
For context, these pieces of mail concern financial assistance applications. This is intensely impacting my livelihood to not receive this mail. I’m typically calm but this is so stressful.
I told Shannon that the way she was speaking to me was not appropriate. She said this verbatim, “no actually it’s okay for me to match your tone.”
A Managers basic job is to remain calm and de-escalate difficult conversations. Yes, I was frustrated and shouldn’t have raised my voice at all. She’s paid extra to help people and calm them down. Instead, she told me it was okay for her to yell.
I was so upset after I got off the phone with her. Instead of doing her job and helping, she’s driving people to the point of tears with her combativeness.
For one of the issues Shannon interupted me (again) to say that I was wrong. She’s never heard of this happening and I’m mistaken. I had to email her proof before she believed me. Even after I told her that I was looking at my email receipt. I guess she thought I was lying.
