Went to get a service which should be offered during business hours and I was told the person couldn’t step away for 5 min to help me and to wait until the next employee came in. It was quicker to drive to other location. Won’t be returning. Will drive a bit further for higher quality service.

She then told me she neither of us could look up the package's info. When I scanned the QR code and gave her the tracking info, she told me she still couldn't look it up and couldn't help me, but they would hold the package for me. They didn't.
