  I’m not usually someone who takes the time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth it. I’ve been doing business with the Staples in Bend for over five years. As a business owner myself, I always have a lot going on, and the last thing I want to deal with when I’m trying to get something done quickly is additional frustration. I stopped in recently to print something using the self-service kiosks, and it just wasn’t going well. A gentleman named Brandon asked me twice if I needed help, but I was determined to figure it out myself and probably wasn’t as upbeat in my responses as I normally would have been. Eventually, I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get it done on my own, and Brandon was right there in the print department ready to help. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he did it with such a positive attitude. I’ve honestly never seen the print department looking as organized and polished as it did that day, and I’ve never had someone be as pleasant and helpful as Brandon. I was really happy to learn that he’s the one running that department. You can also tell the team enjoys working with him, which says a lot about his leadership. I will absolutely continue doing business with the Staples in Bend. There have honestly been times over the years when I wondered if I should find other printing resources, but if you need help in the print department, go see Brandon. He will be the reason you come back. Great job, Staples. Thank you for hiring such a wonderful employee.

  I'm a creative person and always have ideas up my sleeve. I've trusted Staples with my projects for years now and sometimes I forget or why I don't just think of them first. Never been disappointed and I love I can have something printed and paid for someone else in a different town. (My mom as an example).

  Went to Staples to have several large posters printed. Color and clarity came out beautifully. Paper quality was also very good. I will not hesitate to use them again.

  Told me they were "the only walk-in print shop in town" and that everyone else required appointments when I mentioned a time crunch that would cause me to need to look around, as this location would take a few hours to print. Fed-ex and office max both print same-day without a rush fee and have more types of paper. Extremely disappointed and frankly offended at the straight up lie to try and get my business. Will not be coming back.
