  PrideStaff reached out to me since I am currently looking for my next career move. I first spoke with Patrick over the phone. We had a great conversation and he asked if we could meet in person the next day. I met with Patrick and he was polite, kind, and professional. He generously offered me a cold bottle of water on a hot day and told me that I would be interviewing with Ailey. A few moments later, Ailey introduced herself and we sat in the conference room and got to know each other. Time flew by as we had a detailed honest converstion, and she was real easy to talk to. Ailey is an exceptional communicator and an elite active listener. She allowed me to share my story, and highlighted my values and my goals for my next challenge. We are still working together and I am loving this journey. We are moving at a steady pace to find that right fit at the right time. I don't need to reach the end of that process to already know that Ailey is trustworthy and the best at what she does. I am learning how to be more patient, and I fully trust the process and that I am in good hands. I am comfortable and confident that Ailey is representing me well and I am excited to see how it all pans out. Easy FIVE stars for PrideStaff, especially for Patrick who got me started and Ailey for walking with me the rest of the way.

  I contacted pride staff looking for work as I was new in the town, got an interview with them. Everything seemed to have gone well they thought they had a good fit for me. They were going to reach out to the company, sounded like we would be able to work well together finding me a job. Then nothing…was totally ghosted. Haven’t heard one word from them since and this has been three/almost 4 weeks. I did call a week after I had the interview with the pride staff Representative and was told she wasn’t available to speak to me, but never heard another word. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

  I simply can't recommend PrideStaff enough. Reviews saying otherwise might be reflective of the fact that the job-search process is a two-way street. As prospective employees, PrideStaff only asks that we show up (on time) and follows through with a great first and follow-through impression. That means, you gotta do your part! I had been looking for work for over a year and it was a VERY frustrating time... until I found PrideStaff. Ailey Morlino and Chase Alfier were OUTSTANDING and the experience I had the entire way through could not have been better. In fact, it was truly a life-changing experience that I'll never forget. They're not just a temporary employment agency, which of course often leads to permanent jobs... they are YOUR COACH and on your side. And believe me because I have 30 years in the business of hiring people, they truly know what they're doing. They help you with your resume, they prep you for interviews, they care (like family would) about how your first and second interviews went, are your liaison between you and the prospective employer, etc. WOW! What's not to like about having that kind of support and job-search expertise on your side?! And because I did what they coached me to do, I got the job. You *DO* have to show up and follow through, but that's with anything in life, especially when you're trying to get a job. With PrideStaff's help, it was one of the best experiences I'VE EVER HAD and it made all the difference in my chances of getting a job not only much higher, but a far nicer journey.

  DO NOT JOB SEARCH HERE they seem nice and friendly but as soon as things don't go there way i.e you getting sick, wanting to see if they have a different job better suited for you ect. They'll fire you and never help you again. They found me a job and then let me go a month later for wanting to discuss different work opportunities even after I said I wanted to keep working for the company they put me into while we look for a different job. All they did was say they don't have any jobs looking to hire, ignored me like children and fierd me.

  I've had such a good experience working with them! Christina has been so pleasant to work with. She is very informative and genuinely wants to help you find the right position. I highly recommend anyone looking for a job to go through this staffing agency.
