  GA Rogers & Associates has been such a smooth relationship. Quinn has been patient through the navigation of finding me a position and company that will fit with my background and skill set. Even after securing a position, Quinn and company have continued to follow up with me and check in on my experience and determine if they can provide any other assistance. As a newcomer to Bend, they also reached out on a personal level to help me acclimate to the area, learn about the community here, and build relevant connections. To be honest, the high level of support I received took me by surprise! They are committed to getting to know you and understanding exactly what you want. They will tell you about a company's values, leadership, workplace culture, and other nuances that may help you during the process. I can't say enough great things about Matt, Quinn, Chloe, and Lucas - it was a privilege to work with them.
