This facility can help you with photos and you can also buy money order for passport fee for $2.5 which is really nice. For walk-ins they accept 4 applications a day. We arrived at 8:10am and were the last one accepted. Others came a bit later and they had to go back. It would be really nice they if can have an automated way to tell people that passport walk-ins queue is full so they dont have to wait and figure out. Other than that I noticed that they can only process 4 applicants per day on walk-ins so it's better if you get an appointment. They were not anyway lazy or wasting time. Scott was quite efficient. As efficient as a human can be. Also, would be nice if they can have some sitting area for passport applicants since waiting in queue for more than 1 hour standing is really inconvenient.
- GGGabriela GomezApr 20, 20261.0I went with my father to change the old address to our new one; before heading to the office I made sure to read on your website you guys accept Matricula Consular (Mexico) as a primary forms of photo identification and it was the old address to proof he lived there. The personal went ahead and look at him and then me and ask why he didn’t had a US government ID that he couldn’t accept the one we took and that he had to see the lease. As I approached to tell him that the form we were providing him was an option that it was listed and he said he wouldn’t take it. What should we do now?
- KWKathy WhiteApr 9, 20261.0What a scam insurance is, I sent a gift to somebody. The package was smashed and everything in it was broken. I turned it in for the insurance money and it was rejected.Unless we shipped them the whole packaging and all the broken items back to the post office. There were plenty of pitchers to show that it was broken and the box was bent, where they threw something on top of it, even though it said fragile. It's a scam
