- MBMaria Bustamante-Abad3 days ago1.0I have never encountered such an unprofessional postal clerk as the one working today. He was a tall, bald white man wearing a face mask. I asked a single question about purchasing an item while the customer he was assisting had stepped away from the counter to retrieve additional items. I was not trying to interrupt his transaction or skip the line. Before I could even finish my sentence, he held his hand up toward my face and sharply told me to "go to the back of the line." He never allowed me to complete my question. I completely understand that employees need to manage lines and assist customers in order. However, there is a respectful way to communicate that. His tone and demeanor were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Every other postal clerk I've encountered in Portland and Beaverton has been courteous, patient, and professional. This experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management addresses the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.

- AHAlex HawkJun 13, 20261.0I rarely had problems with mail delivery when I lived in Tigard, but since moving to Beaverton, the experience has been consistently frustrating. Important mail has gone missing, including a replacement Wells Fargo debit card, a red-light camera citation, and other time-sensitive letters that never arrived. I've also had multiple packages marked "Delivered" that were not actually in my mailbox or package locker. In several cases they showed up a day or more later, which defeats the purpose of delivery notifications and creates unnecessary stress trying to determine whether a package is lost or stolen. Occasional mistakes happen, but the frequency of missing mail and inaccurate delivery scans at this location has been unacceptable. Reliable delivery of mail and packages is the core function of a post office, and unfortunately my experience has not met that expectation.
