- CCCHSAug 19, 20265.0Oh my gosh, for the first time maybe ever I can say going to mail a stack of packages was an enjoyable experience totally. Yes there was a line and yes I had to wait my turn but once I was with the postwoman it was fantastic (Betsy)! The process was constant and moving but as she did all the work she was also extremely friendly and a blast to talk to! She is an absolute gem! Lucky you if you get her window! Smile and be nice because she deserves it! And she will return the love!

- MGMadelynn GoldJul 16, 20261.0Every time I called this number I got an AI voice that spewed the same 3 lines, I repetitively asked for an agent and a representative and the phone would not direct me there. Terrible phone line, if you are going to be a government agency you need real life people manning your phones. Having AI voice boxes repeating the same 3 unhelpful lines is tacky and borderline useless.
