    The truth is that the place seems very good to me. The boss is very rude. The staff is excellent. Trying to help you as much as they can. The boss is the one who is different from them.

    Today is the 2nd day in the last 2 weeks that I have stopped by this location before work to drop off a package. The sign outside and the hours online both state that this location opens at 8:00 am on weekdays. I chose this store specifically because they open at 8 am, while many other UPS stores open at 8:30 or 9 am. Both times I have arrived at 8:00 or 8:05 in the past couple of weeks, the store hasn’t been open. After the first time, I let it go but because it happened again today, I’m posting this review. Today, the employee didn’t show up until 8:10. It was the same employee both times. There was no apology from him for being late and multiple customers were waiting outside today at 8 am, not just me. If your location is going to open at 8, the first employee needs to be there BEFORE 8, not at 8:05 or 8:10. Either make sure your employees show up to work on time, or change your hours so customers don’t waste their time.

    My printer at home wasn't cooperating so I needed an email to be sent to already printed copies and faxed it and I got a confirmation that it was received. It was busy and I went home. Realized that I didn't pay. They didn't realize that I didn't pay when I came back and they gave me 10% off or coming back.
