No eye contact, just “We’ll be with you, it’s going to be a while” in a tone that made it very clear she wasn’t thrilled to see a customer at UPS. If she was having a bad day, I get it. I just didn’t need to be invited to have one too. The guy who helped me was lovely, though.

I had a majorly messed up return and had to switch everything from a happy return to sending things with different codes and had my toddler with me. His amazing coworker folded paper and made my toddler a hat while Wesley stuck with me and figured out that it was actually three returns in boxes and which codes to match so that I would get a refund I desired Thanks so much for your patience and perseverance!
