  If you take your laptop in for repair, be sure to tape a detailed account of the problem onto your computer. I spoke to them at least 5 times & each time I had to start at square one to explain what I needed. I made the mistake of telling them it wasn't a rush - I was going on a week vacation. 3 weeks later when I called, they hadn't touched it. They didn't fix it until the day I said I was coming to pick it up whether it was repaired or not. They did seem to fix the issue, and told me that there was a 1-year warranty in case the problem came back. It cost $100.

  They did a great job researching what it would take to fix my computer and responded quickly to my messages. I will continue to trust them with my computer whenever I have trouble.

  I worked with Eric (Sr) with the PC specs I brought in to determine just the right configuration for running MS Flight Sim 2024 and other graphics games, and it was a great experience. Eric was knowledgeable, helpful and advised on how to meet my specs and keep it as close to my budget as possible. Setup of the PC at home was easy, and I'm very happy with the new gaming PC, and how well it runs the games I want to play. I highly recommend Eric and BrainWave Computers to anyone looking for a trusted, knowledgable, no-pressure PC buying experience. Buying local is important, as they also offer a 2-year Warranty on a new PC--no more shipping a PC and waiting to hear back weeks later on an issue.

  I brought my laptop in to have unremovable popups removed and they fixed with in thirty minutes. Well worth the reasonable rate. I will be back if I have any more issues.

  Brought in a DIY project looking for a quiet fan. An employee named Matt or Mike grabbed the project and started working on it then wanted to charge me 50 dollars in labor over a 25 dollar part. I was just going to install everything myself with my tools outside and never requested any service so I thought he was being nice. We were there maybe 15 minutes. He discounted the extra fee to 25 but it should have been nothing. No paperwork no nothing. If anyone had something similar happen I would encourage making a post here so they stop getting away with it.
