They use a suction cup to remove the backing off your laptop instead of manually removing all of the screws and try to throw big words at you. Do not come here unless you want to throw your money down the drain. STAY AWAY

- AAAlenApr 7, 20265.0Here’s a simpler, more natural version: ⸻ I brought my laptop in for a hinge repair, and a few extra issues came up during the process. At one point the screen stopped working, and later the USB ports on one side weren’t working either. The team kept working on it and kept me updated the whole time. They were able to fix everything in the end, and now the laptop works properly again. I appreciate that they didn’t give up and made sure everything was working before giving it back to me.
