Self-serve kiosk in lobby. Has some priority packaging in stock. The no-nonsense but super friendly staff always make me smile.

Literally walked in there 3 mins to close to ship out a package that was no where near "signed stamped and delivered" ready

Older lady with longer white/blonde hair is extremely rude & unprofessional. Gets very snarky if you actually expect her to help you.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I have had several small packages being sent in standard envelopes as they contained small samples and they didn't have USPS tracking (as a super low cost option to the seller), while I've received most of them, I've had 5 go undelivered in the last 3 weeks. One of them was marked as delivered but of course wasn't, but I happened to drive past my carrier on my way out of town and we pulled over to ask about what was going on. Oh, wow, it's on her truck, what do you know - this one contained something more valuable than the others that had gone missing. This item was scanned and marked as delivered, was never delivered, and was still on the mail truck... Interesting right? Fast forward a week and a half (yesterday) and I have signed up for informed delivery at this point, I get text alerts for everything that can be alerted for. Well all of my letters and one of my packages get delivered at 1:08, my husband's trackable package doesn't, it's still marked as out for delivery. I try calling the local branch to see if they split the route again, no answer. Try again, no answer. Repeat this process for the next 4 hours, calling every few minutes, back to back a few times because yeah, I'm getting frustrated. I just had a simple question and wanted to raise concern for this package I was expecting. At 4:22 pm I got an alert that my package was delivered, but guess what, it wasn't. No package to be found. Edit: I removed the accusatory part of this review and renewed a star for the prompt action to fix the problem, mostly. After filing a complaint I did receive a call from the postmaster and she acknowledged my issues and did what she could to resolve the issue. It did feel a little backhanded when she said she really reiterated to the carriers on our route to make sure they didn't mess up our mail especially, but I just laughed and said oh, ok. She was helpful, we did resolve the missing package issue and it was delivered to my door as requested (apparently delivered in the wrong box at my apartment complex mailboxes). I'm understanding when new employees make mistakes, I'm understanding when you're understaffed, but I'm still going to hold you accountable. I tried resolving it with you directly but it's a repeat issue. Anyhow, this specific time was resolved, I'm wishing the new crew luck and hope we can get this taken care of for everyone. And yes, be especially careful with my address 😂
