  Almost everything was overpriced compared to other stores. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year. The toilet paper roll was on the ground because the dispenser was broken, and they had no paper towels. Toilets had a scummy mildew ring from not being cleaned, and the outside of the toilets were covered in excrement. The floors and walls matched the toilet. One staff member was working very hard to help all of the customers.. while the only other staff member stood there and stared at the line of customers, telling us to hold on, and occasionally talking into his headset to ask the busy employee (who was literally standing at the next register over) to come and help us. The one helpful worker apologized multiple times and said he'd been working open to close for multiple days, with little to no help. He was super nice and really helpful, and I felt bad for him. The other worker just walked around not really doing anything.

  Why am I waiting 13 minutes for an Amazon return while there are 3 employees standing behind me in the copy and print center?

  Service was great, friendly staff. Bathrooms were disgusting! I've never seen more than 3 customers in this place at a time so there should be no reason for the bathrooms to be left in the state they were. These employees clearly have plenty of time on their hands.

  The staff in the print shop are amazing! The line for Amazon returns was long and not so amazing.
