- JAJoseph AdlerMar 25, 20261.0This location is listed when I searched for fax services trying to get critical documents to a family member on the other side of the country. Unfortunately, when I tried contacting them to enquire, I spent over an hour with a brain dead auto response system that constantly sent me to completely unrelated topics, refused to connect me to a human representative, and did nothing but infuriate me and waste my time. Automation is fine, but making human interaction completely unavailable with that garbage virtual assistant is not.
