My mailbox was blown up with fireworks on July 4th and I have needed their assistance with confirming holding my mail, what my options are since I NEED some of the mail that has been sent but I can't get a new box right away, and what the correct measurements are when I can get one. The number that was listed for direct calls is disconnected. The national number is outsourced out of the USA so the reps are hard to understand. Both times reporting the bad number, they had no clue for an alternative direct line. The second time I was supposed to get a call back that day, didn't happened. I don't drive so can't visit in person. I AM CONFUSED AS TO WHAT TO DO AND VERY STRESSED IMPORTANT MAIL IS LOST FOREVER. On a positive note, when I have dealt with my carriers, they are always kind and courteous.
