- MWMallory WhalenAug 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service and lazy post master. We’ve been in our new house for 3 months and they are still holding our mail and refusing to deliver. We waited over a month for the post master to come “inspect” our mailbox, then was told to move it to the other side of the driveway so we did, then waited another month for him to come “inspect” it again just to be told now we have to add gravel or pavement in between it and the driveway, which wouldn’t have been needed if we didn’t have to move it in the first place. Now we’ve left several messages and even called and talked to the post master and he still hasn’t come to “inspect” it or approve it. Absolutely ridiculous to not be provided this services after 3 months of living here.

Both times I have set up a PO box here, they have went above and beyond in making it happen. I will say the prices of the PO boxes are a bit high especially for the sizes but I'm not sure if that is a local Postmaster Choice or not. If not 5 stars otherwise, 4 stars.
