  I have always received polite, respectful & concise service at this location. Not once in decades of going here to mail Christmas cards, important time relevant mail, personal mail, etc. have I ever not experienced great service. To lose this United States Postal Service location would be a loss for the entire surrounding community. Here's a well deserved giant thank you to this Postal location & every person there who has worked to professionally & politely assist me !

  Traci was an exceptional help to me on a very stressful work day. She was absolutely delightful. Traci was able to pull me aside and set me up with the exact tools I needed and then some. Traci was able to provide exceptional, personal assistance to me while maintaining the chaos of the front counter. She was not only professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, but very personable, positive, and warm. Traci is a bright light within the USPS community. Her efforts are greatly appreciated!

  I have a psychotic mail worker who broke my branch because she was too lazy to walk up my steps around it, 2 days later she confronted me, told me I should cut my branches, after I reported here nothing happened got a lackluster phone call from a woman who clearly didn't give a crap about my complaint, after that she moved signs on my porch weirdly said my first and last name while delivering my mail , nobody wanted to see the footage I had of her. A few weeks later Psycho mail lady yells at me while I'm walking my dog she says the postman knows you're lying about me, I complain to the higherup she tells me to report her to store manager 2 weeks later still no call from the manager I guess our tax dollars pay for incompetent workers.

  The customer service was really good and the price was reasonable . I paid 20 dollars to get my daughter favorite jeans from Tulsa Ok to New Haven U within 4 days.

  My mail carrier for Florence Park South neighborhood, either rings the doorbell or loudly knocks when dropping off mail. Today she knocked loudly 3 separate times. I was in a virtual meeting and had to stop my presentation because she kept interrupting; almost demanding that I come to to the door. I work from home and this disruption is unacceptable. When I tried to call the post office, there was no answer then the call got disconnected.
