I have been to this office several times and generally the supervisor refuses to come out to handle situations, instead sending word by workers. Today I actually got to see Jamie's face. He was arrogant and accusing pretty much denied his carrier was capable of doing any wrong. Then had the audacity to warn me he would prosecute anyone making a false report. I had made video of my complaint and he still said ppl walking by could have left those mailboxes open. I assured him I had watched the carrier do it with my own eyes. He still denied it happening. I asked for his name and he refused to give me first and last or an employee number. He cited he was some big shot before he came to the post office and therefore wouldnt give me that information.

Lesson learned, always wait in line, and deal with the extremely rude staff, so you can watch them scan your package in and get a receipt! I don’t trust my mailman now anymore either. They like to pick up two packages from my house and only scan one in and the second one goes missing in their mail truck, and the postal service refuses to do anything! I even have it on video of him taking two packages!!!!! They say there’s nothing they can do. In my 42 yrs I’ve never experienced such crap from usps til I moved to Tulsa a yr ago.
- AKAlara KaseSep 12, 20265.0Counter staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking with one way path to help traffic flow. Drawback is mailbox is only emptied once per day at 5 p.m.

The lady who scanned it in LITTERALLY threw it into the bin as she talked about everything she promised she wouldn’t be doing for her company that day. Also, packages I dropped yesterday are just now finally getting scanned in for tracking. Didn’t know usps would be as bad as where it is located. Man oh man.
