- XEXiao EnAug 1, 20261.01 Star – Completely unprofessional and insulting service. On 7-27-26, we paid to ship a package out of state, but the original employee who took it, incorrectly printed our return address as the destination. Today 8-1-26, we went back to have their error corrected, but the female counter employee was unwilling to help and refused take accountability. When I brought up that the mistake was made on their end and questioned the competency of the original employee, she became hostile and refused to fix the label without charging us a second time. She then handed me a pen, telling me I had to write the address on the box myself (even though it was already clearly written), and insultingly asked me if I even knew how to use a pen. Paying for a mistake the post office made and being insulted by staff in return is absurd. We took our package straight to FedEx instead. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Supposed to have no return charges but lady wasn't trying to make it go through...SMH Not only did I get Charged but the actual return tracking was not placed on package. Maybe She needs more training about E-Bay return Packages.
