Hopefully they hire more employees that can replace Jay. He has no sense of urgency and will refuse your service 30 minutes before closing. If you can’t handle a line of 6 people, maybe find somewhere else to work. Luckily I made it to another post office 5 minutes before closing and they had a line but they didn’t make me leave, they just locked the door and helped those inside. Jay, you can learn from them. Thank you!

Jay really made my time spent in the post office enjoyable. He really brings customer service first! Would love to see an updated look and some more employees to help with the lines!

AWFUL worker Annette—so unnecessarily rude. She SNATCHED the package from my hands, absolutely deplorable behavior, shame on her.

I was already having a terrible time with returning an item (had to go to multiple locations), but then the clerk at this location upcharged me on what was supposed to be a free return. I didn't have the item sealed, however this had never been a problem priorly as theyd use the label to seal it. I explained this he refused and showed me some $4 tape. When I was like that's ridiculous he showed me a $3 package. I bought the $3 package (he said I HAD to do the larger size for my 2 Itty bitty bikinis) only for him roll up the whole original package and put it in the new package rather than toss the old "unsealable" package (taking more air space as it bubbled up with an air pocket) and then TOLD ME HE WAS UPCHARGING ME. Then he wanted me to rate how well he did today... well you did great at unnecessary upcharging your customers, but are at terrible customer service.
