No one can tell me where it's at. I paid extra for it to arrive 6/12!! Still not seen it and no one is helping me!! I've asked to pick it up, but they don't know where to send me. I've called several times and told them that this package is vital and my livelihood depends on it but they don't care!! SO DO NOT USE UPS TO SHIP ANYTHING!!! EVER!!! THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO DO ANYTHING THAT IS NEEDED!! GO WITH FEDEX!!!
