    The day I came in Colton was so helpful for what I needed. When my return package came back he called me and I came on in and picked it up. He went above and beyond the whole process of sending my package out and informing me of the return. Thank you Colton for your help.

    At 12:30 PM, I visited the location to drop off returns for TikTok, Shein, and Amazon. The store was nearly empty, with only one other customer present when I arrived.I was approached by a female employee and explained I had returns for both TikTok and Amazon. She scanned my TikTok and Shein items, but refused to scan the Amazon return. Instead, she instructed me to use the kiosk.While I understand that employees might direct customers to the kiosk during busy periods, I was the only person there at the time. After I was told to use the kiosk, three other customers entered the store. The employee proceeded to process an Amazon return directly at the counter for the customer who was standing behind me in line.I had to wait in line to use the Amazon kiosk, despite the employee directly assisting the customer behind me with a nearly identical Amazon return at the register. Because of this disparate treatment, I believe I was unfairly singled out and treated differently due to my race. This Location at Peoria In tulsa give bad service. I'm saying this bc this is not my 1st time doing a return at ups. As customer we also know when to do return at counter. The way she talk to me is very rude I will not use this UPS again. She should not represent the company. The worst employee at UPS I met.

    Owner is hateful. I was told not to go. But I didn't listen. First time store was supposed to open at 11 and was closed when I arrived around 1145. 2nd time I came with specific instructions from AT&T and she had her own way to do transaction. Her way failed. I told l her I had a bar code to scan and she said my instructions were 8 years old and she didn't need to scan my barcode. She did you either have the wrong equipment or set it up wrong. I looked at the serial number on the equipment and the serial number in the email (with the barcode she refused to scan) and they matched. Account number and everything yet she refused. I left with my equipment and will take somewhere else. Definitely will not be back. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

    The worst customer service experience I’ve had at this location. This employee displayed a very poor attitude, was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little to no concern for customers. If someone does not want to do their job or treat customers with basic respect, they should not be representing the company. What’s even more disappointing is that corporate appears to be ignoring these ongoing issues. After reading multiple negative reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident, yet nothing seems to change. Customers deserve better treatment, better professionalism, and a company that actually listens when concerns are raised. This happen few weeks ago from today

    I called this UPS store because the 15/Lewis Office Depot lost my printing order, and this location was on my way to work. Deborah answered and said that she could print what I needed while I waited, something that the Office Depot person could not do. I arrived, and Deborah and I got to work. It did not take long before I had my order. Friendly, dependable service--it's what I needed today, and Deborah's store delivered! I will be back.
