  I called this UPS store because the 15/Lewis Office Depot lost my printing order, and this location was on my way to work. Deborah answered and said that she could print what I needed while I waited, something that the Office Depot person could not do. I arrived, and Deborah and I got to work. It did not take long before I had my order. Friendly, dependable service--it's what I needed today, and Deborah's store delivered! I will be back.

  I inquired about business mailboxes at the UPS Store in The Shoppes on Peoria today. After sharing the pricing, the older Black woman helping me added, “They’re business boxes,” in a tone that implied I couldn’t possibly be a business owner. Later, I stopped by the Harvard location and received nothing but respect, clarity, and genuine customer service from the gentleman working there. Same question, two completely different experiences. I pay attention to energy. It tells you everything. I will be using the UPS on Harvard to handle my business affairs this lady didn't think I had. You never know who you're talking to and what may come of an interaction.

  Place is a joke when returning Amazon stuff and the old lady with white hair at the desk ain’t very helpful either and rude, I haven’t been at this location for a while because of that reason but I will no longer be back. It’s like she hates her job specially when we have heavier items maybe it’s time for a new job! If she can’t do it

  I had a really frustrating experience at the UPS store on North Peoria and I feel that people should be aware. Last Friday I was returning a pair of Nike shoes still in the original box. The employee scanned my label so the package was officially accepted and then somehow it just disappeared. The shoes never left the store. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with a valuable package at this location, but I promise it will be the LAST. I genuinely try to support businesses in my community, but situations like this make it really difficult to trust this location. If you’re shipping or returning, I would strongly recommend considering another location.
