  The fact that you take a return package and if you don’t have it taped up or the label printed they charge you! I prefer dealing with FedEx they’re so much more helpful

  There is a young worker at this location that likes to read people's fax correspondence. I find it disrespectful and worrisome that he is interested in reading private correspondence. I tried calling and the manager/owner is never available for a complaint on this behavior. Customer's privacy should be important and I feel this location doesn't respect boundaries. I don't recommend this location for faxes.

  Amazing customer service! The staff at the UPS Store at 3701 S. Harvard Ave. in Tulsa came to my rescue and I can’t possibly convey my gratitude enough. I bought a piece of artwork online, but it had to be picked up in person at a specific time at a Goodwill store in Tulsa. I live in Seattle. I initially arranged for a friend to pick it up and ship it to me but she had a family emergency. While the art isn’t worth much, I think it’s special and hoped to be able to get it somehow. I spoke to Tristan Alexander at the UPS Store and he said staff could pick it up for me for a nominal fee and coordinate shipping. Store owner Brent Hopkins arrived for my appointment and the store carefully packaged my item, which I received quickly. Thank you, Tristan and Brent for going out of your way for me. I highly recommend doing business with these great folks!

  I was a bit worried because I saw many negative reviews, but in reality, the staff were very kind and the place was bright and clean. Thank you!!
