  I door dash and went in to get an order and was screamed at multiple times by a rude older man that multiple people had been in for the same order and they did not have said item. I went over to where it should have been and it was in the next spot over. I scanned the item and made the customer happy after having a rude employee tell me it was not in stock.

  Tried to buy school supplies for a backpack giveaway event and Manager Ron was impossible to deal iswith. Was going to spend ma over $1000 to give away to kids in need and he refused to sell us what we needed! Go to the Tulsa Hills store and deal with Kevin if you need anything. He wants you business.

  My recent trip to Staples was made better by Nathan who helped me checking out and introduced me to Staples awards program, I was able to receive benefits from the awards program immediately.

  The lady at the print station/cashier# 3042564 is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY & UNHELPFUL! She acts like you are bothering her when you need her help because she’s doesn’t want to get off her cell phone! Please fire her! I can’t be the first customer to complain about her because I had the same experience with her both times I came to the store. The first time I thought, maybe she was having a bad day, but when I returned on my second visit and she was still nasty, I thought to myself I’m going to Report her. If management watches the camera, they will see her on her phone all the time I bet. She also had a strong marijuana smell coming from her that may be another reason why she’s lazy.

  I loved my experience on a last minute Printed Baby Shower Banner & It came out so well! Then I asked the little old lady about getting some printed Baby shower stickers, she even got it printed right away & helped me with a few extras! That was awesome because it burned my budget & she was so kind to provide me the 20% off! I was so appreciative of her! She was great with the service & super efficient! That’s called service out of Tulsa Staples! Can we all bring back common courtesy & kindness like it used to be? Loved it!
