  Beware of Amazon returns at this location. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at this Staples location while completing Amazon returns. I brought back items that were unused and still in their original boxes and packaging. However, the employee handling the Amazon return marked the items as “not in original condition,” which resulted in 20% being deducted from my return. That is completely unacceptable, especially when the items were returned in the same condition they were received. Whether this was carelessness or intentional, it felt dishonest and unethical. Customers should be able to trust that their Amazon returns will be processed accurately and fairly. Instead, I was penalized financially for something that was not true. I will not be shopping at this Staples again or returning my Amazon packages (which is not often). Beware if you are bringing Amazon returns to this location, because based on my experience, their return handling practices are questionable and could cost you money! Which is basically theft and unethical.

  Went 3 times this week to try and complete TSA Pre-Check. First time we were out of the scheduled hours for TSA, which conveniently are only posted on the door of staples, nowhere online so we couldn’t plan appropriately. I’ll add the picture of the hours in case anyone else would like to go during their work day! Other 2 times we were within 15 minutes of their TSA hours ending (once before their lunch break and once before end of day) and were told both times they cannot do it because it takes 10 minutes for the computer to start up. Ok, then put that on your signs?? When you are only available to do this service during normal working hours and only on weekdays, a little flexibility would be appreciated, especially since we left work early for this. They gave us some crap excuse about how it has to be completed before 5pm otherwise it wouldn’t go through, but a quick Google search disproves that. I know that only certain employees can complete this, but twice we were told by the employee who would’ve been completing it that they cannot. Seems like a general unwillingness to do their job. TLDR: don’t go to this Staples for any travel services, you would be better off going to the airport 30 minutes earlier to do whatever you need.
