I was supposed to have haul away and installation services, now I have proof on doorbell footage of worker saying it wasn’t included and Wayfair absolutely refusing to help me with a refund of delivery fee. To me, I think the worker just didn’t want to do his job! Now I have a washer in the middle of my living room.
- SPSue PattersonSep 17, 20261.0Delivery time is terrible. Customer service isn't any help. They are trained to tell you things that will appease you but actually do nothing to better the situation. Ordered a new mattress that was received at there local hub then was asked to choose a delivery date. Was only given one date to choose from which happened to be 6 weeks wait. They told me they deliver to my area every third Monday but the delivery date I was given was the fourth Monday of the second month. So all in all had to wait 9 weeks to get my merchandise that I not only paid in full at the time of order but also paid a pricey fuel charge in full. Definitely do not expect your delivery in a timely manner from this company. Choose wisely and get your deliveries from someone else.

They installed at 12pm, I texted the delivery driver at 2pm with a photo of the issue of the dryer vent not being connected, asked them to come back & fix it. He read the messages & didn’t respond. I’ve called the delivery company & Sams dot com several times today & the issue still hasn’t been resolved! Ridiculous!!

They took out the old washer, made sure the old pedestal fit the new washer, installed the new one, and made sure it worked. They were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you also for helping get the dust and dirt off the pedestal. Great communication via smartphone. Kept me up to date on when the delivery would be there. I highly recommend them! Thank you for all your hard work!
