- CWConstant WarlockSep 16, 20261.0Depends on who’s working I guess. Past 2-3 years I could work when I want. Last year when Rachel was the manager of the branch, I got plenty of jobs, she worked with me on jobs I felt comfortable with, which were beneficial to me and I was available everyday for those jobs and the companies I went to work for like my work ethics. This year I can’t get any work. Same type of job I did last year suddenly I get disapproved for, menial type of work. And the very next day and days after, the job is still posted on the app, they still need people to fill the jobs. They still send out texts saying they need the positions filled and if you want to work, then let them know. Anymore I don’t feel like responding only to be told no. When a job came out that had different positions, I let it be known I wasn’t comfortable working cash registers or fast food, so I felt ignored even there were other positions I did feel comfortable in and I did that position before and excelled at and the people that I worked for at the job wanted me back. Basically feel like why should I apply when I’m gonna get turned down or put in a position I’m not comfortable with. I work hard at each job I apply for. When it was multiple days I had bosses ask me to come back or call me to see if I would be available in the coming weeks. In the 2-4 years I been with People Ready, I had 3 different companies ask if I be interested in coming to work for them. I never took them up on the offers. I like the flexibility People Ready gave me, now I’m not so sure.

This app on my phone.This app has serious problems.you have sign in problems.They never have jobs.They send you a text everyday and tell you to finish your onboarding paperwork then when you try to sign in.It won't let you sign in.I wouldn't recommend this app for employment
