  Extremely disappointed with DHL — charged twice for shipping. This is now the second time DHL has billed me twice for the same shipping service, forcing me to pay for shipping two times. This is unacceptable. I understand occasional billing mistakes can happen, but having the same issue happen repeatedly shows a serious problem with DHL’s billing process. Customers should not have to spend their time tracking down duplicate charges and fighting to get their money back. I have now had to pay twice for shipping when I should have only been charged once. After experiencing the same problem previously, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with DHL. DHL needs to fix its billing system and reimburse the duplicate charge. I would strongly recommend checking your DHL invoices and credit-card statements carefully to make sure you haven’t been charged twice.

  Really I'm just giving this review for DHL in general. They consistently meet or exceed my expectations. Other than the post office aka the USPS DHL is the only major shipment company operating in the United States that does so. UPS is basically a scam as far as I'm concerned. I would be a okay if I never had to do business with them again. FedEx really is not that bad. They usually meet my expectations at least where UPS consistently fails to deliver my packages even to my home. But DHL consistently delivers packages faster than expected. I never experience that with any other parcel service. I cannot speak for their customer support or the cleanliness of their offices but as far as their basic service I think they're either the best or one of the best ones out there.
