  Hace 10 días mandé un paquete para México y de aquí todo bien, pero al llegar a aduana empezaron a pedir mucha información, pidieron el CURP de la persona que va recibir el paquete se envió, después me salen con que ocupan el RFC y allá no todos tramitan eso, así que mi paquete no a salido de aduana desde el día 14 de abril 2026 y me dicen que mi paquete será regresado a Tulsa. Que pésimo servicio. El dinero que pagué se perdió. NO RECOMIENDO QUE ENVÍES PAQUETES POR ESTE MEDIO.👎 Es mejor usar otro método porque sale muy caro y para que al final te digan que tu paquete no puede ser entregado.

  the first time I order fashion nova a month ago DHL marked my delivery date as delivered and brought it 3days later and I ordered fashion nova again delivery date march 12 marked as delivered and nothing Iam so disappointed and they're saying they cant do anything about it poor poor service

  They are liars! They have never even attempted to deliver my package and keep claiming they can’t because there is no one there to receive the package. I have a Ring cam and know for sure there have been no attempts. I set it up for no signature necessary and have been tracking the order and know they aren’t even trying to deliver. When contacting customer service they just disconnect chat and phone calls randomly. I’m in disbelief they do business like this. I just want the very special gift I ordered to be delivered to my house. I paid so much for this and a lot in shipping to have it delivered early and now it feels lost out there with no way to get it.

  Worst tracking thru their website. Check multiple days with no location. and one day is just showed up.
