If their postal carriers don't want to deliver the mail then apparently they do not have to. My husband for several reasons has a little duplex we rented him so he can do his home dialysis at since we're renovating our home. He has never been able to receive any piece of mail there not 1 piece in over 8 months! The mail carrier finally just now told us, that he has to have a mailbox by the curb in order to receive his mail. Would've been nice to of known that at the beginning...even though the other neighbors don't have their mailbox by the curb either, and even though he has his mailbox by the front door like the rest of his neighbors. We finally got him a PO Box and even though we gave them the 2 forms of ID that's required, we just got a paper saying that he still needs the 2 forms of ID...Im assuming they didn't enter the 2 forms of ID into the system correctly. We still haven't received any mail as of yet, even though we paid for a PO Box. This is the most ridiculous post office I've ever seen in my life and I've literally lived all over! Forgot the Old Motto Rain, Sleet, or Snow that is the post office of yesterday definitely not this generations post office motto that's for sure, deeply disappointed! By the way I have a close nameless relative that works for the USPS & I have had no other issues with any other Post office but this one, so basically this rating is isolated and only pertains to this post office here in Sulphur, Oklahoma.

Then proceeded to tell me that I didnt recieve what I had been asking her about when i had the letter in my hand. I wish i could leave less of a star rating like nothing at all. Still wouldn't be right. Worst person in the world to work with the public. Very very unhappy with the services.
