  When I go in person, the service is friendly. I’m not normally one to post upon the first bad thing that happens with me and a business, however, I definitely will on this one. My packages were placed in a parcel locker at 11 AM. The key provided did not work for the parcel locker. I tried on both key holes for about 15 minutes and nothing worked. I called and was on hold/ringing for about 10 minutes until someone picked up. Finally someone picked up, and they were very kind on the phone, and they got a courier to go back out and investigate. I was told I would get a call back and, after 4 hours, never did. I called back and was told the courier tested the key and it worked. So I go back after class and it still does not work. I called 4 friends and none of them can get it to work. We look closer at the remaining keys in the other open mailboxes and realize it’s a different key. My key opens the older locks but will not fit in the new lock. I have heat sensitive items in that locker, and they have been stuck in this metal mailbox in 107° weather all day, and now they are closed and I have to wait until tomorrow again to sit on hold again.

  I want to first say that the people inside the post office were very kind to me in attempting to resolve this issue, so this review is not towards them. However, I ordered a package through Amazon and it was shipped via USPS and on the day of the delivery it was put on hold due to my neighbors dog unfortunately being out and barking at the mail man. I totally understand that, this review isn't about that either. In an effort to get my package, the next day I went to the Stillwater USPS building to locate my package since USPS tracking said it was being held at the Stillwater location. The workers then looked for a while only to each time state that they couldn't find it or that it was out on delivery. They told me to come back later or just see if the mail man would drop it off. The time comes and the mail man delivers envelope mail to my house without the package, so then I get confused and head back to the post office explaining the situation. They seem confused too and state to come back once the mail man is done with his route. Anyway, I went to the place three times in one day and waited over twenty minutes each time only for them to say they had no idea where my package was. They did take my phone number and said they would call me if they found the package by the end of the day. The end of the day comes and they call me, however they said that the truck that was suppose to have it had no idea where it was. Fast forward, I stated that day to just put it on hold incase it did get sent out on a delivery truck and to just keep it there for me to pick up the next day once it supposedly got off a truck. Well, here comes today and I go back to the post office and once again they look for 10-15 minutes and can't seem to find my package anywhere. It was a couple thousand page textbooks so how a decent size package got lost, I have no idea. Again, this review isn't critizing the clerks themselves at the office, they were extremely nice and sincere to me. However, how could I not be upset when the Stillwater USPS lost my package and now I have to deal with getting refunds and reordering my textbooks. Long story short, I blame that dang dog.

  I have had an ongoing problem with all of my packages not getting delivered when expected. They all say “no access to delivery location” and when I called to see what that even means they told me it’s because the carrier couldn’t reach the mailbox? I was unaware they couldn’t get out of the truck. They then told me something was blocking my mailbox, like a trash can, so when I went back home I looked and my trash cans were nowhere near in the way. Along with that I will get updates that delivery was attempted and i would be outside and not seen anything.

  Had an important piece of mail show up on my informed delivery almost 3 weeks ago, and it never got delivered

  Showed up with 3 minutes before close and they already had the doors locked. They were technically still open by law.
