I sent a time-sensitive package that was supposed to travel to a small town in Iowa less than an hour from Omaha, Nebraska and somehow it has been routed through Tulsa, OKC, Dallas, and now Chicago. How does a package going to a nearby state end up bouncing across the country like this? This shipment contained a handmade quilt that I spent over 16 hours creating for a scholarship raffle. I was explicitly told it would arrive by Thursday. Now, there is no delivery date available, no clear tracking updates, and no indication that it will arrive in time for the event. If this quilt doesn’t make it, that directly impacts the ability to raise money for a scholarship. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it affects real opportunities for students. USPS needs to seriously evaluate how packages are routed and how delivery guarantees are handled, because this level of service is unacceptable. I trusted you with something important, and right now, that trust feels completely misplaced. Staff was friendly but told me wrong and now I am a scrambling to find a replacement that I could put together and I am a senior who graduates from OSU in less than a month and shouldn't have had this level of stress this close to graduation.
