- MCMonty ConfuseApr 25, 20251.0Subject: Unacceptable Service at Spenser, Oklahoma Post Office I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at the Spenser, Oklahoma Post Office. Unfortunately, my experiences have been extremely frustrating, and I feel compelled to share them. On multiple occasions, packages have been delivered to the wrong address, or the delivery status simply indicates "No Secure Location Available." When I contact the office in hopes of resolving the issue, I am met with laughter and dismissive behavior. It seems as though my concerns are not taken seriously, and at times, I have even been made to feel as though I am being falsely accused of lying about the situation. This level of service is unacceptable, and I wonder who is overseeing the operations at this location. It is clear that the staff would benefit from additional training to ensure better customer service and more reliable delivery practices. I sincerely hope that action will be taken to address these issues, as it has become an ongoing source of frustration. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
