This is not my first issue, today we were waiting on mail and packages, finally at 11:30 I called the Post office and they informed me that our carrier couldn't get down the road due to flooding 😳 so I said can I pick up the mail, yes I can. Took pictures, went to Po and all there was is a single package that was to be returned, they didn't know but assumed the carrier may have some of it. I had 5 mail items an Amazon package and 2 other. The people in the post office defeated the carrier as he showed pictures. I will upload what I can and as you can see not enough water to worry about my mini Cooper clubman did fine 😊

Updating my review from 3 years ago: As were still having issues. Dozens of us in our neighborhood are having issues with mail being thrown, tied to things, left out in the open, getting the wrong mail or just not getting our mail and packages. We have even had damaged and vandalized mailboxes by USPS workers. Postmaster does not do anything about it, OKC said no reports were filed. I’ve worked for customer service and have done deliveries as well I know how hard of a job it can be but, there is just no care nor pride in their work.

Their delivery person stole my packages. They’re dishonest people. Going to have to start having to send my stuff to my parents PO Box so they won’t have any excuses when packages go missing! Worst post office EVER!
