And now, after my father's death, they bent up his Presidential memorial certificate since he served in the military. The instructions clearly state on the back of the certificate sized envelope "DO NOT BEND" and they bent it up!! They clearly do not care about anyone's mail or for this country's veterans.. DO BETTER!!
- RPRichard PowersFeb 19, 20262.0The rural area mailman can't seem to scan packages in when left in mailbox to ship and if you take it to the post office make sure they scan them in because by them not they've cost me a lot of money for returns so now I drive out of my way to the Miami Oklahoma post office where they're happy to do their job!
