They continue two months later putting my mail in strangers box even after I have complained and told them my box is not there literally!

The day of, they rudely called me at 7 am in the morning to tell me that they needed me to come in a little earlier. Didn’t specify what time just told me that their passport person would leave at noon. So I thought 20 mins earlier would be okay. I was fine with it, even though I didn’t particularly want to be rushing around. I make it halfway there and then they tell me that I had to be there by 11 and that I had to bring my own photos. It was 10:20 am and I had to rush around to get my own photos. I was not going to make it to their weird time that they wanted me to come in. Horrible customer service. You guys work for the people. The people do not cater and work for you. I’m so angry that I did the right things, made an appointment, and paid for the stuff I needed to, just for these employees to be unprofessional.

Turns out USPS doesn’t abide by postal code maps, but instead their own territorial maps. I wanted to escalate the situation, but was only given a number to call to talk to a robot. We are now forced to have the county accessor change our address to a different city just to have mail delivered to our home from a neighboring USPS location. I would say the level of customer service at this location was worse than the typical government agency. Maybe it’s a good thing we had to switch offices. REAL score: 0/5
