- CSChris Spruill6 days ago1.0Ive tried to get my key to my cluster mailbox for 2 weeks now and they wont help me at all. They say they have to send someone out to change the lock which is fine but they never do. Everytime they take down my name and number and say "I'll tell my boss". I get no calls and no texts. Nothing. I can only go up there each saturday because I work before 8:30 till after 6 Monday through friday. I would like to work Saturdays but I have to spend every one at usps getting nothing accomplished.
