If this is a standard policy, could you please clarify why it is not consistently implemented across all locations in the city? I had to travel to another branch, where cash payments were accepted without issue.

Instead of delivering my mail, they seemed better at loosing it and not seeming to care. In fact they were annoyed by the fact that I was concerned about it.
