Literally my life depended on this. He saved my LIFE! Five stars!

I had to stay late at work twice this week which lead to me haulin booty to get my ebay packages to the post office before close. I hate being that person, walking in at the very last minute, but the post men/women were extremely kind and accommodating. These are role model staff who deserve a thank you!

I was highly frustrated with how difficult this situation became. One visit to the downtown USPS with Ryan resolved all of my issues. Further, he took the time to call me after fixing the issue to update me that it had been taken care of. Our world needs more people like Ryan. Customer service is not dead. Thank you!

You'd THINK the federal government could afford to update their workers' workplace 💰🏛️ and give them a state-of-the-art facility ✨💻. The security cameras alone look like gigantic BRICKS hanging off the wall 📦📹 — pure relic energy 😂. And there are NEVER enough self-service kiosks 🤖 — the line is always a mile long ⏳. The workers do their best with what they've been given 🙏 but Uncle Sam, do better 🇺🇸💸 Modernize already!
