They write on my redelivery slip that the receptacle was full, but in the system leave note that their is no secure location, which is a lie. I work during your operating hours, and showing up 10 before close to the doors already locked, and employees giving you rude glares is hard enough.

While I understand closing procedures and am completely fine with coming back another day, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. When I tried to open the door, a staff member yelled at me that they were closed and that I was late. The tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. Customer service matters, even at the end of the day, and this interaction left a negative impression.
