  Great place to ship via UPS or rent a mailbox. Also realized once I went in there that they do all kinds of printing and prep and have used them for that as well.

  I usually have excellent service here which is why I drive 5 miles out of my way to go there. This occasion was different. Skylar (an hourly employee) refused to accept the modem that I was returning to AT&T despite it meeting all AT&T criteria. He didn't even look at it before thumbing his nose. NO MANAGER WAS ON DUTY. I called AT&T, they had no problem with the return. Skylar (very long ponytail & a Napoleonic complex) refused to budge. He said the 4 year old modem was dirty, despite my cleaning it 3 times before bringing it in. IT'S 4 YEARS OLD FOR PETE'S SAKE. AT&T didn't care, only Skylar @ UPS. I took it 2 miles North to FedEx who was only too happy to take it without the pedantic rhetoric. My future business will go to FedEx. AT&T, please take note that FedEx should be your preferred shipper, NOT UPS.

  This UPS store it's I a great location, access and parking can be tricky sometimes due to train, rush hour traffic and parking spaces The service is quick and although the staff is helpful, a male employee that has long hair and wears a beanie has an attitude , that seems to be comptemt towards customers

  Toya and Pratik at The UPS Store did a phenomenal job! I create obituaries and magazines, and I was flown from Arizona to Oklahoma City to design and print an obituary booklet. Since I am not from Oklahoma, I did not have a trusted print shop nearby. When I say Toya and Pratik executed my vision perfectly, they truly did! Their service was fast and efficient, and they were patient, understanding, and accommodating despite our short time frame. I am extremely proud of how the booklets turned out, and I absolutely love them. Because of this wonderful experience, I will continue using them to print my booklets whenever I am in Oklahoma City. Thank you both for doing such an amazing job!

  If you are in the OKC area and you need something shipped, come see the store manager Toya. I had to ship several large boxes, and Toya got everything processed for me in no time. She's quick, crafty, and efficient. You have an awkwardly-shaped item you need shipped? Toya will pack it up and get it shipped while processing other customers -- she's that good. I am forever grateful for her help and encourage everyone to come to her for your shipping needs.
