  Toya was very helpful to us. We are from Maryland and we were in OKC on business and she made our trip worthwhile. Toya's professionalism was very outstanding.   This notary has no idea what they're doing. They didn't understand the simple form I brought in and tried to argue with me about it, ultimately forcing me to do something that was not required before they'd complete the job. They also chatted with their coworker through the entire transaction, and they both were generally really rude the entire time I was in the store. I recommend finding a different notary if you need that service.

  Toya is awesome! I had two large packages that I needed to ship back. When I arrived to the store, Toya held the door for me twice as I carried my boxes into the store. I was a little unsure about what label needed to go where. Toya very efficiently and respectfully took control of the situation and handled everything for me in a very professional way. I was in and out without seconds. I even told her, "You just made that so easy; thank you! I thought that was going to take about 15 minutes, but you just made my life easier!" Big props to Toya! I so appreciated her helping me out!

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store location, all thanks to Toya. She went above and beyond to be helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. On top of her great attitude, she was incredibly fast and efficient, getting me in and out in record time. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, but Toya nailed it!

It has a lot of local charm and is conveniently located for anyone needing shipping, printing, or mailbox services. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful 😊👏. They made the process quick and easy, and I was in and out without any hassle. The store was clean ✨, well-organized 📦, and had a welcoming atmosphere.
