  They offer a lot of services like mail and printing posters. They are busier on weekends so be prepared to wait a little bit because there's usually only one person on at a time.

  Came in this afternoon. The one guy working finally decided to acknowledge me once another customer came through the door behind me. Couldn’t help me print the label I was needing. After sending my label to their email multiple times a line formed behind me. He just stared at me with a blank face. I gave up and walked out. I drove to the UPS store in Yukon and they had zero problems and actually helped me instead of treating me like a burden. I will be leaving them a 5 star review.

  This was a new experience for me. I thoroughly research all of my purchases, and this was a first for me. The staff were nice, I was in and out within 3 minutes. The car park lot could use some serious repairs as the surface is quite uneven. With that said, it was an excellent experience.

  3 employees stood around chatting while I used the self service kiosk that they told me I had to use. When one of my boxes was too large to scan at the tiny iPad. They acted as if I was inconveniencing them to have them scan it at the register for me. What's the point of hiring humans to work there when I've got to do everything myself? No other customers were in the store and they acted like I was ruining their day by having a prepaid pre-labelled package that I needed scanned. Would never use this store if I didn't have to.
