  ✨Had questions on shipping order back to Southwest Airlines so I left box open to show worker. The Asian lady must be overwhelmed or overworked and said I had to have box taped up next time. But if I'm asking you about items and shipping invoices (3) before I tape it.

  I usually go to the UPS Store in Norman, and I've walked back out to my car from this location and I'm heading to Norman. I walked in the door with my heavy bag carrying a heavy box and I set the box down on the floor and I was rudely told y Mr Robert that it needs to be set on the counter. I let the rude gentleman at the counter who makes assumptions that I was setting the box down on the floor to take the bag off of my shoulder because it was painful on my shoulder. After I did that he said well I could have come around and lifted it for you, and I let that go because the smirk on his face said it all. I lifted the Box on the counter and he said that's going to take an extensive amount of tape to close the Box up and you are going to need a shipping label and said I guess that's to amazon? With a repeated smirk . Aain made an assumption, I had a roll of tape in my bag as well as the label. I don't give my business to jerks that are rude a s condescending, so I picked up my box and I walked out of there, as he was saying what did I say? Do yourself a favor don't go in this place clearly hates his job and likes harassing customers.
