  I will Thank the worker for helping me shift my first package, he was so helpful, nice and professional, he deserves a raise for doing such a great job. I left satisfied and happy with the service today, soon I'll be back again. Once again Thank UPS for great customer service.

  $90 in storage fees for three small packages, and no receipt provided. I’ve been renting a mailbox at this UPS Store for my business, for almost a year, receiving hundreds of orders and regularly coming in to collect them. During my latest visit, my mailbox was crammed full of mail, as always, with package pickup tickets scattered among various letters and envelopes. They had even folded a large yellow envelope (larger than any of my packages by the way) full of merchandise to stuff it inside. I had to dig through everything at the counter to find all my pickup tickets. After handing over the tickets, I was informed that I owed $90 in storage fees for three small packages that had apparently been left behind during previous pickups. They don’t call or text when you have packages there by the way. So when you have hundreds of envelopes and a few packages coming in, it’s hard to know if the latest batch has been fully collected. But I’ll always be right back because I have more batches coming behind them I’m a frequent customer, well within my 30-package monthly limit, and regularly return to collect incoming orders. I explained that these three packages had somehow been overlooked and that I already had another batch of shipments arriving. The response was to suggest that I ask my sellers to ship everything in envelopes. I explained that I have no control over how independent sellers package their orders. Then I was told I should upgrade my mailbox. How exactly would paying for a larger mailbox resolve a storage charge for three small packages when I’m not even exceeding my package limit? To make matters worse, I paid the $90 and wasn’t even provided a receipt or an itemized explanation of the charges. I understand businesses having policies, but charging a regular customer $90 over three small packages, while offering suggestions that don’t address the situation, is ridiculous. I’ve paid for this mailbox service and consistently collected my shipments. This experience has made it clear how little that ongoing business is valued. My rental expires in February, and I won’t be renewing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location for business mail and package receiving look elsewhere. This can’t be how all places do things.

  Easy to use service for returning Amazon packages, and many other types of shipping services too. As well as passport services, this is a all in one stop for shipping through UPS.

  Staff here are awesome. This isn't the closest UPS store, it is however the only place I go. As a handicapped person I sometimes need assistance. They've always been super helpful and kind. Definitely recommend them for all your shipping and mailing needs.

  Worst service, not helpful. Each time I have gone in they are either texting or ignoring people in line. Recommend going elsewhere, complete waste of your time if you are in a hurry.
