The greeting goes straight to voicemail, says the mailbox is full, then disconnects. In 2026 with advanced AI and digital technology, there is no excuse for such poor phone support. UPS should seriously reconsider who operates this location.

I have a package I sent and rerouted to this location, where the recipient picked up the package, and confirmed receipt with me. Yet, UPS failed to scan this and is still labeled as "awaiting customer pickup," which complicates the sale.

First the guy at the counter refused to do my no box no label return in lue of their self service kiosks. Second return I had required a printed label. They tried to charge me $5 to print the label which i’ve never had a ups do. They’ve always printed them for free. Overall just a bad customer service experience.

Im always out of town, thats why i wanted a mailbox but they took my money then closed the box without refunding me. Ive tried calling and emailing, neither one answered, multiple times.

I paid for a year of mailbox service, showed my paperwork that im a damn U.S. citizen, they get new management, dont have the paperwork and tell me I have to show them again. Im an over the road truck Driver, that's why I needed a mailbox. I only go by like twice a year, but they dont care. They closed my box and won't give me my money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION.
