Bobby and Chris are amazing! I make this location my Sunday stop because of how helpful these two young men are. They're always in a great mood and genuinely seem happy to help every time I come in.

Easily the worst customer service experience I've had anywhere in recent memory. The woman employee with the tattoos (no name tag so not sure of the name), appeared visibly upset to have to help me with a return package. The return items I brought needed a box and the pre-printed label placed on it. The employee said nothing, went to grab a box, taped the bottom and placed the return items in it all with a very unwelcoming attitude and body language. After packing she curtly said, “$20 dollars” with no explanation of any of the charges. Understandably, packing is a chargeable service, but I was not made aware up front of the nickel and dime charges associated with putting 2 items in a box. Terrible customer service experience. I will not return to this location.

I took off work Friday to wait for was is quite literally the most important pkg I have ever received because I had to sign for it. The driver didn't knock or ring the door bell. Just marked that I wasn't there. I call and request a re delivery. The tell me they can't give me a time estimate at all. I ask if that means I'm trapped at hime and not allowed to leave my house because this is a package I have to receive today. The person I spoke with simply said "yes." Will never use UPS again.

Staff seems helpful but now that this place has turned into an Amazon drop/ return point… It’s absolutely miserable to go in there. I have a post office box that I’ve had there for over 11 years and I dread going in the store anymore. If I receive a package that I need to retrieve from the counter, I have to stand in long lines.
