- RVRemedy VstApr 24, 20261.0Came in to ship a box to a HAL and the store manger Will does not follow directions and seems to think because he is the manager he can run the store how he wants instead of actually following procedure … lying to me saying that he can’t assign my shipment to a hold at location in the system so he just wrote it on the label which is WRONG ur suppose to assign the shipment to a store in the computer. He seemed to get aggravated that I knew what I was talking about and wouldn’t accept his lies ( I worked shipping at FedEx office for years in shipping ! ) then he proceeds to be disrespectful to me making faces at customers behind me because I called him out for lying ! Do not come here !!! Will you need to go back to training cuz ur customer service is trash !
