My five star review is not for this post office as whole, because it's a terrible experience UNLESS you get K.C. He is absolutely the best. He's kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way. 5 stars for KC. I see why this p.o. has a 2 star rating. Went in again hoping to get KC. He wasn't there, but Cori was very kind and helpful.

Genuinely a terrible experience. I went in to get my apartment mail key and my package that had been sent there because they hadn't given us a call to let us know they had it (they did have it by the way they just never called us) and left with neither. The old lady I was dealing with was extremely rude and condescending to a borderline problem causing degree, its one thing to be grumpy, but to be so mean and so grumpy that you are ACTIVELY not doing your job and withholding a key is absolutely ridiculous. I had told her already paid but she was insistent we were doing something wrong.I had to send my roommate in and had her talk to a younger gentleman and manged to help her get the key literally 10 minutes later... interesting huh? Then onto my package, on my attempt to get my package it was sent under one of my names not on my I.D and was unable to hand over my package, understandably so she was unable, so I presented my lease and tracking number and had proof of purchase prepared, but she refused to be helpful and only rudely kept telling me that is not my name, which both are my name. I wouldn't have minded just being helped and told I needed to go through some extra hoops, but the rudeness and withholding my key that was LITERALLY THERE UNDER MY NAME had made the entire situation an absolutely awful experience. I will be doing everything in my power to switch to a different post office even if it is further away as to not get such terrible service ever again, and I highly recommend you do the same until the old lady who can't help but belittle you and insult you is fired.

Worst service ever. The person who interacted with us was very rude and even racist to a point. DO NOT RECOMMEND as a good place for your shipping needs. Blatant disrespect and discrimination have no place here. Avoid this branch entirely.
