- RRRain1 day ago2.0Do yourself a favor and just go to a different post office. We ALWAYS have a problem when we go. There’s one lady, I had to go back and forth with because she thought the zip code was wrong. Turns into it she just typed it in wrong!! lol maybe check yourself before saying over and over again that it’s not an incorrect zip code. Even after I said that we’ve shipped to that exact address at the Noble post office and never had a problem, still told me the zip code was wrong. It wasn’t until I asked her to check what she typed that she realized…

When the staff member took my young child's passport photo, I pointed out that his head and face were not positioned properly. Despite my concern, the photo was used without asking whether we were satisfied or wanted to retake it. For a paid service, I expected at least the opportunity to review the photo or request another shot before it was finalized. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting your passport photo taken here. If possible, I suggest bringing your own passport photo to avoid unnecessary frustration and additional costs.
