Was told I needed a 32$ new box as that one didn't meet their specifications Sounds like a scam to me. Went to Ups on Portland, the main ups hub, was told that package was perfect. Use caution with this place, lying to sell unneeded services, pretty shady.

Everytime I have to come in I dread the trip because they have such a poor attitude. Your whole job is customer service. Is it so hard? Very disappointing.
