  As a Real Estate professional it is so important to have a closing company that practices professionalism as well as has that personalized environment with our clients. Penny Zumwalt does an outstanding job at both and in my opinion is absolutely one of the very best in this business.

  I've been in the business since 1996 and when I have sales in Norman and my clients want me to choose a title company, I always choose 1st American. All of the employees work diligently to ensure my clients have a positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

  I’m giving one star because I have to. It took months to close on the land I was selling. Thank the Lord for honest people though. It shouldnt come down to the buyers of my land noticing that they deeded over the entire 20 acres of my property to them when I was only selling 3.5 acres to the buyers. It’s in the details and they skip over them.
