Sadly, I mailed a 5 lb. box worth less than $20.00, & 1 sheet of international stamps, to a missionary in Peru for $114.00. FedEx does not ship internationally anymore so I gotta figure something else out for a Christmas box!!!

With an aging infrastructure, this location cannot sustainably support a growing population unless major changes in efficiency are addressed.
