- CCCecil1 day ago3.0Efficient, but kinda cutthroat about passports! The website has passport walk-ins from 10am-12pm, but at 11:45 it was me (single person) and a family before me in the line, and they wouldn't take the family because they would go over the noon mark if they got everyone. So I got to go and they still had me sweating saying things like "you got 4 minutes left" (and being kinda mean when I needed clarification on an instruction... this is $130, I can't afford to mess up dude!). I've worked for UPS and the state, I know these workers can't change the website, but it really makes no sense for them not to honor the people that are next in line 15 MIN BEFORE the cutoff time, or the person they're actively helping. Really weird. It's a good thing I'm not disabled and can move quickly...

She threatened my 16 year son because we gave her poor review stated " YOU WILL COME BACK TO ME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. DON'T FORGET!!!" Postoffice need to stop asking for feedback if they dont want to improve. We have to cancel my son's passport appointment at Mustang Postoffice due to threat to a minor. Mustang post office encourages employees who threaten minors. Horrible and shameful act.
